“Pentagram” is sake that “goes back to the origin of sake brewing,” in which every step of sake brewing was done on the lucky days of the calendar. This was based on the old calendar (lunar calendar) of the Yin and Yang system which was based on the phases of the moon, and was once used in sake brewing and crop cultivation.
