About Returns and Exchanges
Based upon the special qualities of the products that we sell and as a general rule, we cannot agree to returns or exchanges attributable to customer convenience. However, we will accept a return or an exchange if: (1) the product differs from the one that you ordered; or (2) our company decides that the product was a defective or damaged product at the time of its delivery. We truly apologize, but if you wish to return or exchange a product, contact us within three days after the product is delivered. We request that you check the product soon after it arrives.
We will provide you with a refund only if the product is defective. Please inquire by telephone or the contact form.
